Here's the tab I made for after the world. I guess it's actually chords, though. I just play barre chords, and I only play the root, fifth and octave, so the lowest three notes of the chord.
for example, bm is just

a----2----
Play it however you want

The A# in parentheses is played by the bass and probably electric guitar between the A and the Bm
